摘要
基于LabVIEW与相应的硬件设备,设计出与YE-50压力试验机相配套的数据采集、分析软件。系统工作原理是通过压力、位移传感器,将压力、位移值转化为电信号,通过阿尔泰公司的USB2010数据采集卡的两路A/D通道将试验数据采集到计算机内,进行后处理,得到F-S曲线,对所采集到的数据进行计算后得到σ-ε、C-σ曲线,并且能实现滤波、插值、数据剪裁、保存、删除、生成报表、多次试验平均等功能。
Designing a kind of software with the function of supporting data collection and analysis matched with YE-50 pressure test machine.The software used is LabVIEW graphical programming language.With the displacement as well as pressure sensors,it can convert displacement and pressure signals into electrical signals.And then we can acquire the voltage signal with USB2010 data acquisition card.Though post processing,we can obtain the F-S curve,With some data processing it can get σ-ε and C-σ curves.In addition,other function also can be obtained,such as filtering,interpolation,data cut,save,delete,generate reports,the average multiple test functions.
