摘要
应用ANSYS Workbench软件对航空轻质托盘的承载性能进行分析,得到了托盘在静载下的应力、应变数据,并通过Fatigue Tool模块模拟运输过程中托盘在不定振幅载荷作用下的受损情况。通过托盘的有限元分析为其后续设计中在结构上优化提供了依据。
In this paper,ANSYS Workbench was used for the analysis of the lightweight pallet's load bearing properties,the stress,strain data of the lightweight pallet was obtained,and the analysis of fatigue damage under uncertain amplitude load in transport was done by Fatigue Tool.The results of finite-element analysis provide the basis for the structure optimization design of this lightweight pallet.
