论基于学习型组织的网络学习社区的构建

A Study of the Construction of an On-line Learning Community Based on Learning Organization

提出以学习型组织为依托,解决拓宽学习者和教师之间的学习交流渠道,提高网络学习社区中的学习效果的问题,并通过与传统的学习组织相比较,分析了学习型组织的几个基础性问题,如组织学习的学习观,学习型组织的基础结构等,进而从几个方面讨论基于学习型组织的网络学习社区的实现方法。

Based on learning organization,this paper puts forward the way of widening the channels of learning and communication between learners and teachers to improve the learning effect in an on-line learning community.Compared with the traditional learning organization,it analyzes several basic problems including the concept and infrastructure of learning organization and discusses the way of construction of an on-line learning community based on learning organization.
