关于成都农家书屋建设的现状和可持续发展研究

On the Construction of Rural Library in Chengdu and Its Sustainable Development

建设农家书屋,是党和国家公共文化服务体系建设的重大举措,是一项实实在在的德政工程、民心工程,是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分,是丰富农村群众文化生活的有效途径。但是,目前农家书屋的建设,存在突出的问题,如资源配置不完备、利用率较低等问题。以成都市农家书屋建设状况为例,从提高农家书屋资源的利用率、加强农家书屋的管理机制建设、整合农家书屋与学校资源等方面,探索如何延伸农家书屋的功能。

The construction of rural library,is an important measure of the Party and country＇s construction of public cultural service system,a tangible morale project,a key component of new socialist countryside construction,and an effective way to enrich rural people＇s cultural life.However,there exist some outstanding problems in current rural library construction,such as the incomplete resource configuration and low resource utilization rate.This paper,taking the construction of rural library in Chengdu as an example,from the aspects of promoting the utilization rate of rural library resources,strengthening rural library＇s management mechanism construction,integrating rural library and school resources,explores how to extend the functions of rural library.
