摘要
通过对黑化恩德粉煤气化炉实际运行中历史数据的分析,找出对有效气含量造成影响的各种因素及影响规律。通过系统考察恩德炉的气化温度、压力、氧煤比、气汽比及气化剂组成等因素对有效气含量的影响,提出采用纯氧气化是提高恩德炉半水煤气中有效气(CO+H2)含量的有效方法。
Through analysis on historical operation data of Ende pulverized coal gasifier in Heilongjiang Heihua Co.,Ltd,we found out and knew how the useful gases for ammonia synthesis were been influenced in coal gasification and its rules.Based on the observation and analysis on influences of operation temperature,pressure,oxygen to coal ratio,oxygen to water ratio and the composition of gasifying agents,ect.on the content of useful gases for ammonia synthesis,it came to the conclusion that pure-oxygen gasification may be the most efficient way to increase the useful gases(CO+H2) in semi-water gas.
