摘要 板料热成型技术是利用金属薄板在固体状态下的塑性,通过模具及外力作用而制成零件的一种加工方法,具有高效率、材料利用率高的特点。文章对板料热成型技术、板料热成型装备及其核心技术,板料热成型过程的理论研究、板料热成型过程的工艺参数、板料热成型技术的工程应用以及板料热成型技术的工业需求及发展生命力进行了论述和分析。 The thermoforming technique of metal sheets is a processing method, taking advantage of the sheet' s plasticity in a solid state, through the die and the external force, to make parts, with the characteristics of high efficiency, high material utilization. The paper discusses and analyzes the thermoforming technology, equipment, its core technology, and thermal study on the forming process of sheet metals, process parameters, engineering application, industrial demands and development vitality.
