摘要
研究了以甘油、月桂酸为原料 ,用硼酸保护羟基进行酯化反应合成甘油单月桂酸酯的新方法。最佳合成条件为 :mol甘油∶mol硼酸∶mol月桂酸 =2∶1∶2 ,对甲苯磺酸 (催化剂 )用量为月桂酸用量的1 .2 0 % (wt% ) ,在 2 3 0℃反应 1h ,产品收率为 91 .2 % ,单酯含量为 94.8% ,产品经IR分析。
A new synthetic method glyceryl monolaurate(GML) from glycerin and lauric acid via protected hydroxy groups by boric acid was studied. The optimum technical conditions were established as follows: molar ratio of gylcerin to boric acid to lauric acid was 2∶1∶2, the amount of catalysts (p toluenesulfonic acid) was 1.20% of lauric acid(wt), the reaction temperature was 230℃ and the reaction time was 1h. Under the conditions the yield was 91.2% and the comtent of GML in the product mixture was 94.8%.
