Study on Morpholine (Piperidine or Piperazine) Substituted α-Acetylaminoalkylphosphonic Acid Diphenyl Esters

α 氨基膦酸二苯酯与氯乙酰氯反应得到α 氯乙酰氨基膦酸二苯酯 ,后者与吗啉、哌嗪或哌啶反应合成了饱和杂环取代的膦二肽。化合物的结构经元素分析和1HNMR证实。生物活性测试结果表明该类化合物对油菜具有一定的抑制作用。

Some saturated heterocycle substituted phosphono dipeptides(3 and 4) were synthesized with α aminoalkylphosphonic acid diphenyl esters(1) as starting material. 1 were treated with chloroacetyl chloride to give α chloroacetylaminoalkylphosphonic acid diphenyl esters, which were substituted with morpholine, piperidine of piperazine to yield 3 or 4. The structures of compounds 3 and 4 were confirmed by elementary analysis and 1H NMR. The results of bioassay indicated that 3 and 4 have selective herbicidal activity at against rape.
