摘要
文章以长沙综合枢纽坞式船闸为例,采用数值分析方法,对坞式船闸闸室的温度应力进行了计算分析。结果表明:岩基上的坞式船闸在施工过程中,船闸的温度应力相对于恒载对结构的影响更大,工程中应给予充分考虑。为减小温度应力对混凝土结构造成的不良影响,文中提出减小闸室底板以及闸首底板厚度,并在闸首底板设置横向结构缝等优化措施,通过优化前后的应力对比,证实以上措施减小了温度应力及恒载应力,效果良好。
Adopting the method of data analysis,the dock structure of Changsha comprehensive hub was taken as an example in this paper,and the temperature stress of the dock chamber was calculated and analyzed.The result shows that during the construction of unitary lock on rock foundation,temperature stress plays a more important role than the constant load on structure,which should be fully considered.In order to reduce the bad effect of temperature stress,the measures of reducing thickness of baseboards on lock chamber and lock head and using the baseboard with horizontal gaps on lock head are put forward.In the contrast experiment,the optimized design is proved to be effective in reducing the temperature stress and constant load stress.
