摘要
针对173F汽油机曲轴与正时齿轮过盈配合失效故障,分析了故障原因,提出了3种解决方案,给出各方案的可行性,并确定最佳解决方案。实践表明,该方案切实可行,对于类似问题的处理具有实际参考价值。
To the failure hitch between crankshaft and timing gear of 173F gasoline engine, its reason is analyzed, three types of solution are introduced and their feasibility is analyzed, the best solution is determined at last. It is proved workable through practice, and having practical reference value for similar jobs.
