摘要
实验探讨了构成峰形重叠的各种因素,对分峰参数进一步优化组合,获得良好分峰效果;试验确定了普碳钢中若干氧化物氧的释放峰位,并经X-射线结构分析予以佐证,为差热抽取法测定钢中氧化物奠定了可靠的实验基础。方法特点:快速(约5min)、灵敏、低成本,同时获得钢中总氧量及氧化物氧量。
Well conceived researehes into the factors that thects the peak-overlapping have been experimentally performed. The parmeters used for separating the overapped peaks are well optimized.peaks due to the release of different oxides in plain carbo steels have been determined. All the determined oxides are evidenced to be correct by the results of X-ray diffraction. So it is concluded that the differential thermal extraction can be a new approach for determining the oxide inclusions in steels.This method has following advantages: rapid determination (only 5 minutes or so), high sensihvity, low costs, as well as the total oxygen and combined oxygen to be simultaniously obtained.
