摘要
研究了应用DEAE-SephadexA50分离米糠提取物中植物脂多糖的方法。结果表明,通过改变体系的离子强度,采用静态吸附和柱色谱都能有效分离脂多糖与一般多糖,柱色谱的脂多糖纯度和吸附效率分别为98.7%和88.0%,静态吸附则为90.5%和77.9%。
The separation of lipopolysaccharides in rice bran extract were studied by applying DEAE-Sephadex A50. The results shown that although both static adsorption and column chromatograhy effectively separated lipopolysaccharides from genend polysaccharides by changing ion strength of the system, lipopolysaccharides purity and adsorbent efficiency of the latter was 98. 7% and 88. 0%respectively, the former was 90 - 5% and 77. 9% respechvely.
