薄层色谱用苯基异氰酸酯衍生化的β-环糊精健合固定相的制备及应用 被引量:4

摘要 合成了苯基异氰酸酯衍生化的β-环糊精键会固定相,并用红外光谱、元素分析及热重分析方法对此键合相进行了表征。实验结果表明此键合相性能稳定,适用于正相及反相色谱。用此衍生化的β-环糊精键合相做薄层色谱的手性固定相,结合己烷-异丙醇-1%乙酸三乙胺和乙膊-甲醇-1%乙酸三乙胺展开剂系统,6种手性药物得到完全分离,Rf为0.04~0.55。苯基异氰酸酯衍生化的β-环糊精键合相与手性药物之间发生多种作用模式的手性识别。 Phenylcarbamate - substituted β- cyclodextrm (β- CD ) bonded stationary phase was prepared and the chamcterizations of this derivahzed β-CD bonded phase were determined by infrared spectrometry, elemental analysis and thermal analysis. The results showed showed that the derivatized β-CD bonded phase was stable and suitable to both normal phase and reversed phase chromatography. The derivatized β-CD bonded phase was used as the chiral stationary phase for the thin-layer chromatographic separation of the chiral drugs, and the mobile phases were hexane-isoproranol-1% triethylammonium acetate (TEAA, pH 4. 9) and acetonitrile-methanol-1 %TEAA. Six chiral drugs were completely resolved (Rf= 0.04 ~ 0. 55 ) and the chiral recognition was the result of multi-mode interactions between the chiral drugs and derivatized β-CD bonded phase.
