摘要
搪玻璃压力容器管口接管区的应力状况非常复杂,使用GB150等规范设计方法难以精确计算管口的应力状态,本文在规则设计的基础上,结合搪玻璃压力容器的特性,通过Pro/Engineer对搪玻璃压力容器管口接管区进行有限元应力分析,得到其受力特性和应力分布规律,并应用于搪玻璃压力容器设计。
The stress state of the tube in glass-lined equipment is very complex, it is difficult to calculate the stress state of the tube precisely according to rule-based design method, such as GB150.This article based on the design rules, combined with the characteristics of glass-lined pressure vessel, through the Pro/Engineer applies the finite element method to the analysis of the stress for the tube of glass-lined equipment, get its mechanical characteristics and the stress distribution, and used in the design of glass-lined pressure vessels.
