阴式子宫切除术60例疗效观察

Observing the Treatment of 60 Cases Uterus Benign Lesion by Transvaginal Hysterectomy

目的:探讨阴式子宫切除术治疗子宫良性病变的临床效果。方法:将60例良性子宫病变的患者随机分为两组,其中阴式子宫切除术治疗组30例,传统开腹子宫切除术治疗组30例,对两组患者的手术相关情况进行比较。结果:阴式手术治疗组的手术时间、术中出血量、手术并发症的发生率、胃肠功能恢复时间以及住院时间等方面显著优于开腹手术治疗组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴式子宫切除术治疗子宫良性病变,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of transvaginal hysterectomy（TVH） on uterus benign lesion. Method： 60 patients with uterus benign lesion were divided into two groups randomly.In TVH group,30 patients were treated by transvaginal hysterectomy,and in AH group 30 patients were treated by abdominal hysterectomy.The effects of the two methods were compared. Result： Comparing with the TAH group,the average operating time,volume of blooding,the rate of complication,the coincidnece time of stomach intestine function and length of stay of patients in TVH group were all significantly better（P0.05）. Conclusion： Treating the uterus benign lesion by transvaginal hysterectomy is safe and reliable.It is worth for generalization.
