摘要
分析长链烷烃催化脱氢的特点,从理论上计算不同孔结构载体的表面利用率,并从实验考察内扩散的影响,证明烷烃催化脱氢利用一般氧化铝载体制成的铂族催化剂,其内扩散对反应有很大的影响.改善氧化铝的孔结构,消除内扩散的影响,是开发高性能脱氢催化剂的重要问题.据此获得脱氢性能优异的催化剂.
The Catalytic dehydrogenation of long chain paraffin is discussed in present paper. The surface utilization coefficients F of A1_2O_3 with different pore structures are calculated. It is shown that the inside diffusion of the catalysts exerts some serious effects on the catalytic dehydrogenation of paraffin.A excellent support catalyst with improved pore structure and eliminated inside diffusion is obtained.
