石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定高纯铜中锡的研究 被引量:8

摘要 研究了纯铜中锡在平台石墨炉原子吸收光谱法中某些行为对测定的影响 ,其中包括铜和基体改进剂抗坏血酸对锡的灰化温度和原子吸收的影响 ,盐酸、硝酸和柠檬酸的影响 ,铜 -锡空心阴极灯在锡共振线 2 2 4 .6nm的光谱干扰 。 A thorough study on the analytical conditions of the GFAAS determination of trace amounts of tin in high purity copper is reported in this paper. The following factors are tested and the results obtained are proved to have some remarkable effects on the analytical results: ① the effect of the matrix element, copper, and the matrix modifier, ascorbic acid on the pyrolysis temperature and the atomic absorption of tin; ② the effect of HCl, HNO 3 and citric acid used in the sample dissolution; ③ the spectral interference at the resonance line 224 6nm of tin in the use of Cu Sn hollow cathode lamp; ④ a comparison test for the background correction by deuterium lamp and by self reversal lamp; ⑤ the effect of the valency state of tin in the sample solution; and ⑥ the effect of different digestion methods.
