文化是人类社会的灵魂,是一种价值的整合。高职院校"副中心"文化建设的过程其实质是"副中心"文化主体将文化客体内化、将个体文化外化的过程,也是推进高职人文素质教育,强化生活教育引导的实践过程。高职院校"副中心"是与教学中心区因整体布局和功能划分不同而对应存在的,"副中心"的道德规范和"副中心"的精神已经深植于青年学生群体之中,成为高职人文素质教育的核心内容,成为"副中心"占主导地位的正向价值观的集中体现。

Culture is the soul of human society,is the integration of a value.The process of cultural construction in sub-center of high vocational colleges,whose essence is a process that the cultural subjectivity of the sub-center internalizes the cultural objects and externalizes the individual culture.Also it is a practice process to promote vocational humanistic quality education,strengthen to educate and guide of life.The high vocational colleges sub-center and the center area for teaching are coextensive with the overall layout and different function.The ethics and the spirit of sub-center have been deeply rooted among the group of young students to become core content in higher vocational humanities education for all-round development,become a concentrated expression of the dominant positive values.
