摘要
目前靶场光学测量设备大量使用CCD相机,针对目标发射时背景和火焰过亮易导致CCD过饱和造成的图像对比度低、清晰度低的问题,基于CCD器件的成像原理设计了一种根据目标成像的灰度值特性进行调光的方法。在不同的积分时间下,目标温度变化时,成像的灰度值随之变化。利用恒温黑体标定温度、积分时间和成像灰度值,并拟合了目标图像灰度值与温度特性以及积分时间之间的方程,并根据该方程实现CCD相机的自动调光,在应用中取得了预期效果。
The CCD Cameras are widely used in range optical measurement.An implementation of auto-dimming based on the gray val-ue feature of the target image is designed in order to solve the problem of low contrast and low definition caused by the high brightness of background and flame.In different integral time,the gray values of images is verified with the temperature.The temperature and gray values of images and integral time is demarcated with constant temperature blackbody.The relationship between gray value of the target image and temperature and integral time is fitted.The auto-dimming implementation is based on the relationship and expected result is obtained.
