摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定邻苯二酚纯度 ,以C18为固定相 ,甲醇∶0 .2 %乙酸 =5 0∶5 0 (V/V)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 77nm。回收率为 94.6 %～ 10 1.8% ,标准偏差为 0 .19～ 0 .2 4(n =8)。
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was used to detect catechol purity. A Kromasil C\- 18 column was used and mobile phase was methanol∶0.2 % acetic acid=50∶50 (V/V). The wavelength 277 nm Was selected. The recoveries were 94.6 %～101.8 % and the standard deviations were 0.19～0.24.
