红景天苷对大鼠CCl4肝纤维化模型干预作用研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察红景天苷对四氯化碳(CCl4)致大鼠肝纤维化模型血清学指标、肝组织羟脯氨酸(Hyp)和肝组织学的影响,探讨红景天苷抗肝纤维化作用。方法:实验大鼠分为5组,制备CCl4肝纤维化模型,12周后,测定血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、丙氨酸转氨酶(GPT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(GOT)、透明质酸(HA)、层粘蛋白(LN)I、II型前胶原(PCIII)I、V型胶原(IV-C)和肝组织Hyp,并用光镜观察肝组织形态学变化。结果:模型大鼠与正常大鼠比较,血清GPT、GOT、HA、LN、PCIII和IV-C升高,血清TP、ALB和肝组织Hyp降低,呈现肝纤维化组织形态学变化;红景天苷可明显降低模型大鼠血清GPT、GOT、HA、LN、PCIII和IV-C水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),升高血清TP、ALB和肝组织Hyp(P<0.05或P<0.01),实验性肝纤维化组织形态学得到改善。结论:红景天苷具有抗实验性肝纤维化作用。 Purpose: observing the effect of Salidroside on CCl4 heptic fibrosis model of rats in terms of serum marker,Hyp and liver tissue structure and exploring the effect of Salidroside in preventing heptic fibrosis.Method: dividing experiment rats into five groups and preparing CCl4 heptic fibrosis model.After 12 weeks,examining TP,ALB,GPT,GOT,HA,LN,PCIII of III type,IV-C of IV type and Hyp and observing the morphological change of liver fibrosis organization with light microscope.Result: compared with common rats,serum of model rats GPT,GOT,HA,LN,PCCIII and IV-C are high,serum TP,ALB and liver organization Hyp drop,showing the morphological change of liver fibrosis organization.Salidroside may markedly reduce GPT,GOT,HA,LN,PCIII and IV-C of model rats(P0.05 or P0.01,increasing TP,ALB and Hyp(P0.05或P0.01),experiment heptic fibrosis organization morphology has been improved.Conclusion: Salidroside has effect of prevention experiment heptic fibrosis.
