哲学社会科学研究评价,本源在于促进哲学社会科学功能目标的实现,形成研究人员激励机制的标杆。通过江西省地方高等院校的研究,表明哲学社会科学研究方法的一般性范畴和价值观,正在主导地方哲学社会科学研究评价机制,剥离和弱化了本土特殊性研究评价机制,导致科研评价缺乏层次性和动态性。为此,主张构建地方高等院校具有一般性和本土特殊性的评价机制和参照指标。

The nature of evaluation of philosophy and other social sciences is to promote the realization of the functional goals of philosophy and other social sciences and to form the benchmark of incentive mechanism for researchers.The research of the local institutions of higher learning in Jiangxi province indicates the general category and value of research methods of philosophy and other social sciences is leading the local research evaluation mechanism of philosophy and other social sciences,stripping and weakening the particularity of local research and evaluation mechanism,leading to lack of the strata and dynamics of scientific research and evaluation.Therefore the author advocates building the evaluation mechanism and reference indicators of local institutions of higher learning with generality and local particularity.
