目前,地方高校横向科研经费管理制度尚不完善,导致横向经费管理中存在的问题也日益突出。分析了当前地方高校横向科研合作的现状,总结了这些科研经费管理中存在的问题,并提出加强横向科研经费管理的对策以及规范管理、合理使用横向科研经费的措施。
