摘要
报道了间羧基氯磺酚 ( SCPm K)的合成及其与铌的显色反应 ,在 1 .8~ 3.0 mol· L- 1 的盐酸介质中 ,铌与 SCPm K形成 1∶ 1的深蓝色配合物 ,最大吸收波长在 640 nm处 ,其摩尔吸光系数为 1 .0 8× 1 0 5L· mol- 1 · cm- 1 (乙醇溶液 ) ,铌含量在 0~ 60μg/ 50 ml符合比耳定律 ,运用此法可直接测定钢中微量铌。
The synthesis of meta carboxyl sulphochlorophenol (SCP m K) and its color reaction with niobium is reported in this paper. In 1.8~3.0mol·L -1 HCl medium, niobium reacts with SCP m K to form a 1∶1 blue complex, having absorption maximum at 640nm. Under the chosen conditions, the molar absorptivity is found to be 1.08×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 in ethanol. Beer′s law is obeyed for 0~60μg of niobium in 50ml solution. Most of the metal ions tested do not interfere with determination. The method has been used for direct determination of microamounts of niobium in steels with satisfactory results.
