纤维体积含量对炭纤维三维四向编织复合材料试验模态性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过试验方法对不同纤维体积含量的炭纤维三维四向编织结构复合材料振动性能进行了研究,根据试验结果分析了纤维体积含量对材料的振动性能的影响。试验表明,炭纤维三维四向编织复合材料随着纤维体积含量的增加,固有频率增大,阻尼比减小;纤维体积含量越大,传递函数的共振峰值越高,加速度衰减曲线越衰减缓慢,材料的阻尼特性减小。 The dynamic mechanical properties of carbon fiber three-dimension and four-direction braiding composites with different fiber volume fraction were studied.The effect of different fiber volume fraction on the vibration properties of carbon fiber three-dimension and four-direction braiding composites was analyzed.The experimental results show that with the increasing of fiber volume fraction,the natural frequency of braiding composites becomes larger and damping ratio becomes smaller.The greater fiber volume fraction is,the higher peak value of natural frequency will be;the attenuating degree of acceleration' amplitude becomes slower and the damping characteristics becomes poorer.
