临床护理路径在腹股沟疝手术病人中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway for patients undergoing inguinal hernia surgery

[目的]探讨临床护理路径在腹股沟疝手术病人中的应用。[方法]将60例腹股沟疝行择期手术治疗病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组实施腹股沟疝的常规护理,观察组根据临床护理路径进行护理。比较两组病人健康知识掌握情况、护理满意度、住院时间、术后并发症和不良反应。[结果]观察组病人健康知识掌握情况、护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人住院时间、人均费用、术后并发症、不良反应均少于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]在腹股沟疝手术病人中实施临床护理路径,可提高病人的健康知识水平和护理满意度,缩短住院时间,减少并发症和不良反应。

Objective：To probe into the application of clinical nursing pathway for patients undergoing inguinal hernia surgery.Methods：A total of 60 cases of inguinal hernia patients accepting elective surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each.The control group cases were given routine care of inguinal hernia,while the observation group cases were cared according to CNP.Then the grasp of health knowledge,nursing satisfaction,the length of stay,postoperative complications and adverse reactions of patients were compared between the two groups.Results：The grasp of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group was prior to those of control group（P0.05）.The length of stay,postoperative complications and adverse reactions of the observation group patients were all reduced（P0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of clinical nursing pathway in patients undergoing inguinal hernia surgery can improve level of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of patients,reduce the length of stay,complications and adverse reactions.
