摘要
利用电子顺磁自旋共振技术 (ESR)对竹红菌乙素 (HB)与二苯胺体系光敏化学反应进行了研究 .并用流式细胞术考察了HB光动力学对Hce_8693盲肠癌细胞增殖周期及诱导凋亡的影响 ,阐明了HB的光敏活性。
Hypocrellin B(HB) was a perylenequinone photosensitive compound.The photo chemical reaction of HB with diben zylamine was studied by electron spin resonance spectroscopy.The photosensitiveness of HB inhibited the Call proliferation and induced the apoptosis of human caecal cancer cell Hce_8639.
