摘要
用乳液聚合法合成了含羧基的丙烯酸树脂 ,考察了单体、酸值和引发剂用量对该树脂及其粉末涂料涂膜性能的影响。适宜树脂是 ;酸值 45～ 55mgKOH/g ,数均分子量 2 0 0 0～ 50 0 0 ,软化点90～ 1 1 0℃ ,玻璃化温度 50～ 60℃。
The carboxyl acrylic resins were prepared by means of emulsion polymerization,with many influential factors on resins and paint film such as monomers,acid value and initiators studied.The resins optimum acid value is 45～55 mgKOH/g,average number molecular weight 2,000～5,000,soft point 90～110 ℃,glass temperature 50～60 ℃.
