摘要
为了对旋转床烟气脱硫实验平台有一个较为细致的研究,较为深入地分析了旋转床烟气脱硫机理、工作流程,旋转床脱硫主要实验内容,脱硫平台的要求、结构、主要工作流程与主体设备、实验辅助仪器的选取等内容。根据以上分析,设计出一套并流旋转床烟气脱硫实验平台的方案。该方案较为详细地阐述方案所设计的平台的组成与工作流程。它不但可以完成绝大部分的烟气脱硫实验,还具有良好的扩展性和很强的兼容性。对旋转床烟气脱硫实验平台的设计和设备的选取具有一定的指导意义。
For a more detailed research on flue gas desulfurization experimental platform of rotate bed,a further study on the mechanism of rotating bed flue gas desulfurization,work process,rotate bed desulfurization main experiment content,the requirements of desulfurization platform,structure as well as main working process with the main body of the equipment and the selection of auxiliary instrument,etc.are analyzed in depth.According to the above analysis,a set of solutions of cocurrent flow the bed flue gas desulfurization experimental platform are designed,in which composition and the working process of the platform designed in the scheme are expounded in detail.It not only can complete most of the flue gas desulfurization experiment,but also has good expansibility and strong compatibility.It has certain directive significance for design and equipment selection of rotate bed flue gas desulfurization experimental platform.
