摘要
基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术,使用LK-G3100激光位移传感器和阿尔泰PCI2005数据采集卡硬件,在LabVIEW2009软件开发平台上设计完成了模拟量信号采集系统。设计的信号采集系统实现了激光位移传感器的模拟量电压信号的采集和处理,将数据采集技术、网络通信和数据库管理技术集成在同一个控制系统之下,并且结构设计简单、通用性强、扩展便捷和数据传输效率高。有助于将本数据采集系统应用于不同测试装置,使得本数据采集系统具有很好的通用性,便于嵌入其他应用测试系统。
By using the LabVIEW virtual instrument technology,a data acquisition system for analog signal is designed on development design platforms of LabVIEW2009 software based on the LK-G3100 laser displacement sensor and the Altai PCI2005 data acquisition card.The signal acquisition system designed in this paper realizes the aquisition and processing of analogue voltage signal of laser displacement sensor to integrate data acquisition technology,network communication and database management technology to be controlled under the same control system with simple structure in design,strong commonality,convenient extension and high data transmission efficiency.To help the data acquisition system to be applied in different test device,the data acquisition system should have a good generality to facilitate the system to be embedded into the other test system.
