Development status and countermeasures in Saihanba forest industry

研究了塞罕坝林业产业发展现状及存在问题,并从巩固第一产业、做好第二产业、做强第三产业、培育新兴产业4个方面提出林业产业发展对策。

This paper focuses on discussing and analyzing the development status and existing problems in Saihanba forest industry and proposes some reasonable countermeasures by sta- bilizing the primary industry （forestry production）, bettering the secondary industry （wood- working industry）, strengthening the tertiary industry （ecology development and ecology protection service industry） and cultivating the newly developed industries （integrated for- estry-breeding economic industry ）.
