摘要
研究了鲜仙人掌茎的水浸提液和乙醇浸提液对铜绿微囊藻的化感抑制作用,以期筛选新型、高效、低毒或无毒抑藻剂。结果表明:两种浸提液对铜绿微囊藻均有明显的抑制作用,强度随浸提液浓度的增大而明显增强,乙醇浸提液抑制效果强于水浸提液。从抑制效果看,水浸提液在低浓度时有促进铜绿微囊藻生长的作用,而乙醇浸提液始终具有抑制作用。鲜仙人掌茎浸提液抑藻成分稳定,经紫外、121℃、20min蒸汽灭菌仍具有较强抑藻效果。仙人掌具有应用于水体富营养化治理和开发新型抑藻剂的潜力。
In this study,the inhibitive effects on Microcystis aeruginosa by fresh cactus(Opuntia SPP.) stem water extract and ethanol extract are studied to screen newly,efficient,nontoxic or low toxicity algaecides.The results show that inhibitive effects of two kinds of extract are very obvious.The inhibitive effect is significantly stronger with the increase of extract content ration.The inhibitive effect of ethanol extract is stronger than water.Water extract promoted the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa at low concentration,while the ethanol extract shows steadily inhibitory effects.Antialgal components of cactus are very stable.After being treated by UV and steam sterilization(121℃,20min),it still has strong inhibiting effect on Microcystis aeruginosa.Results show that cactus has great potential to be applied to prevent algae bloom and water eutrophication.
