人类白细胞抗原Ⅱ类基因多态性与胃肠道疾病相关性的研究进展

Research Progress of Correlation between Human Leukocyte Antigen Class Ⅱ Gene Polymorphism and Gastrointestinal Diseases

人类白细胞抗原(HLA)是目前发现的与疾病关联最为密切的基因复合体,决定疾病易感性和个体差异。胃肠道疾病(如消化性溃疡)是人类最为常见的疾病。HLA-Ⅱ类基因多态性可以改变HLA分子、抗原和T细胞之间相互作用的特性,并因此控制对外来抗原(或自身抗原)的免疫应答,致人类疾病的易感性和临床表现不同。现就HLA-Ⅱ类基因多态性与胃肠道疾病的相关性研究予以综述。

Human leukocyte antigen（HLA）is the gene complex which is most closely associated with diseases,which decides individual differences and susceptibility to the diseases.Gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcer are most common in human being.The polymorphism of HLA class Ⅱcan change the interaction characteristics of HLA molecules,antigens and T cell,and control the immune response from external antigen（or auto-antigen）,causing the difference of human disease susceptibility and clinical manifestations.Here is to summarize the correlation between HLA-Ⅱ genes polymorphism and gastrointestinal diseases.
