核因子κB及细胞因子与蛛网膜下腔出血后的脑血管痉挛

摘要 核因子κB(NF-κB)是一种广泛存在于哺乳动物细胞中、具有多向转录调节作用的蛋白质。近年研究表明,蛛网膜下腔出血后它在脑基底动脉内皮细胞以及周围的脑组织广泛高水平表达,与其调控的细胞因子(如肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素1、白细胞介素6等)一起积极参与炎性反应、脑血管痉挛等生物进程。NF-κB的研究将为临床防治脑血管痉挛开辟新途径。 Nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)is a protein widely existing in mammalian cells with multi-transcriptional regulation function.Recent studies showed that NF-κB of basilar artery endothelial cells and brain tissue were widely expressed at high level after subarachnoid hemorrhage,and its regulation of cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1,interleukin-6 were actively involved in inflammation and cerebral vasospasm.NF-κB might be helpful to make further researches to provide new ways of preventing and treating cerebral vasospasm.
