HPV-DNA检测在宫颈癌筛查中的现状与展望

Current Status and Prospect of Cervical Cancer Screening by HPV-DNA Test

子宫颈癌是女性常见恶性肿瘤之一,严重危害着广大妇女的健康与生命。早期筛查对子宫颈癌与宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的防治有重要意义。大量研究表明,高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的持续感染是引发子宫颈癌的主要生物因素,所以HPV-DNA检测对宫颈癌的防治有着重要的作用。现就该检查在宫颈癌筛查中的现状和进展予以综述,为以后的研究提供参考。

Cervical cancer is one of the most common female malignant tumors seriously endangering the health and lives of women.Early screening is significant to prevention and treatment of cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）.A lot of studies had showed that continuous infection of high-risk human papilloma virus（HPV）is main biological factor causing cervical cancer,so HPV-DNA test is important to the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.Here is to make a review on the current status and progress of the test in cervical cancer screening and provide a reference for future research.
