儿童多发性抽动症的研究进展

Research Progress of Multiple Tics in Children

多发性抽动症(MT)是儿童期发病,以慢性多发运动性抽动和(或)发声性抽动为特征的神经精神性疾病,临床表现复杂多样,常伴有强迫、多动等行为和情绪障碍。在此从病因、发病机制、诊断、治疗以及预后等几个方面综述近几年来儿童多发性抽动症的研究现状与进展,以期为多发性抽动症的治疗拓宽新的思路。

Multiple tics（MT）is a kind of childhood neuropsychiatric disease with movements in the chronic multiple tics and（or）vocal tics as its main features,whose clinical manifestations are complex and diverse,and are often accompanied by forced hyperactivity and emotional disorders.Here is to make a review on the research status and progress on children MT from the aspects of its etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis in recent years,hoping to broaden the new ideas of treatment in MT.
