纳米羟基磷灰石复合支架材料在骨组织工程中的研究现状 被引量:5

摘要 纳米羟基磷灰石(nHAP)是一种性能优良的骨修复材料,但由于其脆性大、强度低而限制了它在承力部位的应用。nHAP与其他材料复合可以提高材料生物相容性和力学性能,具有更大的临床应用前景。现就各种nHAP复合支架的种类,以及nHAP复合材料与骨形态发生蛋白、骨髓间充质干细胞复合来构建组织工程化骨的研究现状进行简要综述。 Nano-hydroxyapatite(nHAP)is one of ideal materials for bone substitutions due to its intrinsic biocompatibility.However,its relatively poor mechanical properties such as brittleness and low strength restricts its further application.From biomimetic point of view,nHAP composite could improve both biocompatibility and mechanical properties.Here is to make a review on the recent progress in the nHAP composite matericals,and its compound with BMP2 and BMSCs as bone tissue engineering.
