摘要
采用PTC法合成了4个5-芳基-2-呋喃甲酸四乙酰葡萄糖酯,通过元素分析、IR、^1HNMR及MS确证了糖酯的结构,并试验了所合成的糖酯的杀菌活性。通过对糖酯化合物的^1HNMR谱图中糖环碳1位质子的化学位移及偶合常数分析,结合IR谱图中糖环C1-H的弯曲振动吸收,确证它们均为β型异构体。
Four new tetraacetyl glucosyl esters of 5 - aryl - 2 - furoic acids were synthesized under phase transfer conditions, characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and MS spectroscopy, and tested for the antibacterial activity . The 1H NMR spectra showed that they were B - anomer. The PTC method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions , easy seperation of products and high stereosselectivity.
