On the Discourse Coherence Mechanism of Ineffective Relevant Communication in the Perspective of Cognitive Relevance

基于关联认知理论,结合功能语言学的语篇连贯思想,以多部文学作品为分析语料,探讨了人物之间无关联交际的机制,阐释了这些无关联交际如何体现主题、凸显作者的创作意图、再现原作品文体风格;提出无关联结构具有语篇语义潜关联性,是语篇连贯机制之一,同时论证了关联认知理论与功能语言学的互补性及其对文学作品的强大解释力。

Based on the cognitive relevant theory and the theory ot the systenuc tunctaonal lmgulstacs,the meclaamsm ot ineffective relevant communication is explored with a realistic analysis on various literary works,and how ineffective relevant communication serves the theme of the story to protrude the author＇s creativity and realize the works＇ style are explored. Ineffective relevant structure features as one of the coherence means and processes textural semantic potentiality. A complementarity exists between relevant theory and the functional linguistics, with a strong interpretation for literary works.
