Though her own translations are widely regarded as unfaithful, Lotbieniere-Harwood strongly advocates a new code of translation ethics, challenges the standards of fidelity and help to view translation studies from a feminist angle, which provides a revealing perspective for the translation study from the post-modernist perspective.
