148株柯萨奇病毒A组16型的多序列比对及遗传进化分析 被引量:9

Multiple sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis of 148 strains of coxsackievirus A16

摘要 目的进一步了解中国大陆柯萨奇病毒A组16型(coxsackievirus A16,CoxA16)毒株的变异情况和遗传进化规律,为手足口病的预防和控制奠定基础。方法对美国国立生物技术信息中心(NCBI)中收录的分离自中国大陆的CoxA16毒株序列用DNAStar 5.0软件进行同源性比较、氨基酸变异分析及遗传进化分析。结果 CoxA16的A、B、C 3个基因型已全部在中国大陆出现过流行,近年来以B、C型为主;病毒进化比较保守,但与原型株已有较大差异,同一地区和时间分离的病毒同源性很高;2007年以来分离毒株数量明显增多,广东、甘肃、山东地区分离数量较多。结论 CoxA16相对保守,但已出现一定程度的变异。 Objective To understand the variation and genetic evolution of coxsackievirus A16(CoxA16),lay the foundation for prevention and control of hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods DNAStar 5.0 was used for homology comparison,variation analysis and phylogenetic analysis of CoxA16 strains isolated from China's Mainland in NCBI.Results All three genotypes of A,B,C had been popular in China,B and C were prevailing in recent years;evolution of virus was relatively conservative,but the big difference had been with the prototype strain,viruses isolated in the same area and time were highly similar;strains isolated increased significantly since 2007,most of them were isolated from Guangdong,Gansu and Shandong.Conclusions CoxA16 is relatively conservative with a certain degree of variation.
