摘要
目前阶段,最新型的换热器的管子管板接头制作成平齐式,这是一种结构新颖的换热器,其制作工艺较以往有很大的差别。本文主要分析探讨碳钢换热管与不锈钢堆焊层的管子管板的封口焊工艺,详细阐述了管子管板的焊接设备与材料的选择以及具体措施。通过一系列的焊接工艺分析,制定出运用管子内缩管板与高铬镍焊材及自动脉冲钨极氩弧焊办法,另外还要注意两个特别工艺处理:一是在焊接之前严格清理焊区的油、锈等杂质污物;二是在焊接过程中对管板进行低温预热。以此提高管子管板的焊接质量与可靠性。
At present,the tube-tube plate joint of the heat exchanger is made flush,and it is a new-type heat exchanger,and its manufacture craft is different from the traditional heat exchanger.The paper mainly analyzes and discusses the tube-tube plate welding technology of carbon steel heat exchanger,and states the necessary welding equipment,material choice,and the specific measurement.Through a series of welding process analysis,it determines to use recessed tube-tube sheet,high Cr-Ni welding materials and automatic TIG welding technology,in addition,two special craft processing: one is that before welding,the tube muse be carefully clean up oil,rust and other impurities;the other is that during the welding,the tube plate should be preheated at low temperature.It can improve tube-tube sheet welding quality and reliability.
