摘要
报道了合成氯柱硼镁石的快捷方法及该复盐在 2 0℃水中的溶解和相转化过程。结果表明 :该复盐在水中呈现不同步溶解 ,首先溶脱掉 Mg Cl2 · 6H2 O,生成中间产物 Mg O· B2 O3· 4H2 O,随后发生转化 ,最终转化产物是 2 Mg O· 3 B2 O3· 1 5 H2 O。拟合出了溶解转化结晶动力学方程 ,提出了溶解转化结晶反应机制。
The fast synthetic method and kinetics process of dissolution and transformation of chloropinnoite in water at 20℃ have been studied.The experimental results showed that chloropinnoite dissolved nonsynchronously in water.Namely,MgCl 2 was removed firstly and the intermediate (MgO·B 2O 3·4H 2O) was obtained.The final product was inderite (2MgO·3B 2O 3·15H 2O).The kinetic equations of dissolution and crystallization have been obtained.Based on the experimental findings the mechanism has been suggested by inference.
