米氮平治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Mirtazapine in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的:探讨米氮平在功能性消化不良治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:选择功能性消化不良患者71例,分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者应用盐酸伊托必利50mg,3次/d,疗程8周。观察组在应用盐酸伊托必利的基础上加用米氮平15mg,1次/d,疗程8周。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的71.43%,且差异有统计学意义(字2=4.8596,P<0.05)。治疗后4周及8周,观察组患者消化不良症状评分分值分别为7.45±1.94和3.63±1.17,均明显低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在功能性消化不良的治疗中,米氮平能够显著改善患者消化道症状,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective：To investigate the value of Mirtazapine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods：71 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into two groups,the control group was treated with itopride hydrochloride 50 mg,three times every day,for 8 weeks.On the basis of itopride hydrochloride treatment,the observation group was treated with mirtazapine 15 mg/d for 8 weeks.Results：The total treatment effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,significantly higher than that of the control grorp（71.43%）,there were significant difference between them（字2=4.8596,P0.05）.After 4 weeks and 8 weeks,the dyspepsia symptom score of the observation group were 7.45±1.94 and 3.63±1.17 respectively,they were significantly lower than the control group,there were significant differences between them（P0.01）.Conclusion：In the treatment of functional dyspepsia,mirtazapine can significantly improve patients＇ gastrointestinal symptoms,with a high clinical value.
