摘要
文章首先概述了绩效评价以及高校教师绩效评价的内涵,然后分析了当前高校教师绩效评价的现状以及现行的高校绩效评价体系的局限性,最后针对性地提出了优化高校教师绩效评价的措施。
This paper illustrates what’s performance evaluation and performance evaluation for university teachers.Then the paper analyzes the current situation about the performance evaluation for university teachers and the limitations of the performance evaluation system for university teachers.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to deal with these problems.
