This paper lists a large number of actual teaching cases,and describes the teaching effect of higher mathematics teaching with MATLAB tools in the literature specialty.Today the computer multimedia has a rapid deve lopment.So we should get rid of the shortcomings of traditional mathematics teaching,and apply the modern tools to the boring higher mathematics teaching,which not only enable students to strengthen the understanding of basic knowledge and also can stimulate students’ interest in learning and develop their ability to innovate.
