摘要
陕西省是教育大省,其中民办教育为社会作出了巨大贡献。但陕西民办高等教育的师资,尤其是青年教师的职业生涯规划缺失问题仍是制约其发展的重要因素。本文综合运用了文献分析、观察法和访谈调查法,从陕西民办高校青年教师职业生涯的个人影响因素及学校发展的角度出发,结合职业生涯规划理论,通过分析陕西民办高校青年教师职业生涯规划的现状、存在问题,探寻青年教师职业生涯有效设计的解决方案。
Shaanxi Province is the important education base,and the privately-run universities of Shaanxi have given large contributions to society.However,the lack of young teacher career planning is still the important factor which restricts the development of Shaanxi privately-run university.This article applies the literature analysis method,survey method,and interview method,based on the personal influence factor and school development,combines with career theory,mainly analyses how to design young teacher career,cut down the current problems,and promote the sustainable development of private universities of Shaanxi.
