当前教育的发展与变革已成为世界各国应对日趋激烈的国际竞争的重要战略。职业教育课堂改革是当前职业教育改革的瓶颈,它不仅是思想和观念的转变,更是实践教学的别样方式的大胆尝试,怎样提高课堂的有效性再次成了人们议论和探索的焦点,此论文对中职学校课堂现状进行分析,得出原因,从而研究出有效措施,让学生在"自主、协作、探究"过程中得到发展,实现中职学校课堂有效性。

Now,the educational development and reform has become an important strategy to respond the increasing international competition in each country.The reform of classroom is the bottleneck of the reform of vocational education,it is not only a change of ideas and concepts,but also a new practice of different kinds of teaching methods.How to improve the effectiveness of classroom becomes a focus of people’s discussion and exploration once more.This article analyzes the situation of the vocational school classroom,finds out the reasons,then works out the effective measures to enable the students to develop in the process of ＂autonomy,collaboration,and exploration＂,achieve the effectiveness in vocational school classroom.
