工程管理专业实践教学改革研究

Study on Practical Teaching Reform of Engineering Management Major

工程管理专业是横跨管理与工程的交叉学科,人才培养的目标是既懂相关经济管理又懂工程技术的应用型、复合型人才,因此,大力开展工程管理实践教育是学科的专业特性的必然要求,但在实际中却出现实践教学与社会、市场脱节的倾向。本文分析了目前工程管理专业实践教学的中存在实习实践难度大成本高、现行实践教学安排导致实习实践难以深入和全面、理论与实践教学难以结合等实际问题,从加强实习基地的建设、实践教学采用"4+1"模式、设置双导师制等方面提出了对策建议。

The engineering management specialty is interdisciplinary subject across the management and engineering,and the target is to train compound and practical talents who are familiar with related economic management and engineering technology,therefore,vigorously developing the practice education of project management is the inevitable requirement of the professional characteristics of subject,but there is the tendency which the practice teaching is disconnected from the market and society.This paper analyzes current problems in practice teaching of engineering management specialty,such as the difficulty of practice,present arrangement of practice teaching leading to incomprehensive practice,difficult combination of theoretical and practical teaching,and put forward countermeasures and proposals from aspects,such as strengthening the construction of practice base,adopting ＂4 ＋ 1＂ mode for practice teaching,setting up duo-tutorial system and so on.
