腓浅神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣的临床应用

Clinical Application of Superficial Nerve of Fibula Island Flap

目的:探讨腓浅神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣的临床治疗的疗效。方法:对10例胫骨、膝下、小腿后侧皮肤软组织缺损的患者应用腓浅神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣修复进行治疗,皮瓣切取范围4cm×6cm～8cm×16cm。结果:所有患者中治疗后完全成活的患者有9例,出现部分坏死的有1例患者。随访时间为4～20个月,10例皮瓣外形良好,3例皮瓣感觉部分恢复。结论:腓浅神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣血供丰富,不损伤主要血管神经,手术操作简单,可以较好的修复胫骨、膝下、小腿后侧皮肤软组织缺损。

Objective：To explore the results of clinical application of superficial nerver of fibula island flap.Methods：The flap was applied in 10 cases to repair the skin-soft-tissue defect of anterior tibia or knees.The range of flap was 4 cm×6 cm-8 cm×16 cm.Results：Of all 9 cases survived completely and 1 case was partial necrosed.The necrosed healed after changing dressing.The patients were followed up for 4-20 momths.The flap has fine appearance and function,and the sensation of flap partial recoverd in 3 cases after 5 months.Conclusion：The flap has more reliable-blood supply and does not damage important blood vesseland never.The procedure is simple and easy to master,which provides effective method to repair the defect of skin-soft-tissue beside knees and anterior tibia.
